We collect your personal information so we can send you updates about the Australian Immunisation Handbook, including the website and mobile applications, and the National Immunisation Catch-up Calculator (NICC).
We collect your:
- given name
- family name (optional)
- email address
- health care role
- notification preferences.
We may also collect your personal information to contact you about relevant research and engagement activities, where your health care expertise could help us improve the Australian Immunisation Handbook, mobile applications and the NICC.
What happens if we do not collect your personal information?
You do not have to provide your personal information.
However, if you do not provide your email address, we cannot send you updates about the Australian Immunisation Handbook or related services.

We use Swift Digital, an Australian digital communications platform, to manage our mailing list and send communications on our behalf.
When you subscribe, your personal information is provided to and processed by Swift Digital on our behalf. Swift Digital may also collect information about your interactions with communications sent through the platform, such as whether an email has been delivered or opened and which links you select.
