Recommended technique for giving multiple vaccine injections into the anterolateral thigh in an infant <12 months of age

An infant is being held in the cuddle position for children <12 months old for an anterolateral thigh injection. Two injection sites are in the same thigh, at least 2.5 cm apart. The third injection should go into the other thigh.
